At Black Ember Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of consumable products, all coffee sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.

- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Black Ember Coffee reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions above.
